Jan. 1-15th, 2024, nominated companies will be contacted and will receive an email for our program. This email will provide the survey that the HR contact at your company will be responsible for sending to all your staff.

All companies that make the FINAL list will be featured in the North Coast Journal in January 2024, where Humboldt County’s Best Companies to Work For will be announced in real-time.

Please note FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE’s participation requirement in order to qualify:
Small (5-49 employees) = 50% participation
Midsize (50-150 employees) = 30% participation
Large (150+ employees) = 20% participation
